A 100-year-old traditional stone house nestled on the gentle slopes of Sfakiotes village in Lefkada. Agios Nikitas village is 5 km away, Kathisma beach is 7 km away, and Frya or Lazarata plaza is just 1 km from the house. The home’s unique three-level layout includes, on the top floor, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, two beds that can be joined as a king-size, and one single bed) and a bathroom. Bedrooms are made available according to your group size. All rooms have windows overlooking the yard, letting in natural light and offering views of the sky and trees. Sleep peacefully to the sounds of cicadas and cool mountain air, and wake refreshed to explore any part of Lefkada. The middle level features a lounge with a smart TV, a comfy pouf, and a small private yard—perfect for breakfast or coffee. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area, another bathroom, and access to the secluded yard. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation.
